This is a door-wall connector of the door, which is located around the corridor connecting the covered playground and the hall. There is nearly no use of this door, therefore no immediate action is required.

But this reflects that the other doors in our school should have the same situation. Reparation or replacement of the connectors are needed to prevent further damage.
