Bedroom 1 = double bed; bedroom 2 = 2 single  beds; fully furnsihed kitchen; $ 60  per night per 4 persons;additional $5 per person per night ( $ 1500 per month for 4 persons plus $ 100 security deposit)
2.Private self-contained 2 bedroom basement unit with its own kitchen, eating table, shower and toilet; $ 40 per night for 2 persons. Additional $5 per night per per
4.Bachelor's =furnished self-contained room (private washroom) ; in another location; separate side door entrance; $32/night/person. Additional $5 per night per person.. Nearest TTC Subway=Victoria Park. No smoking room ($10 key deposit)
5.Double room =room for 2 persons; $ 30 per night; share shower, toilet,kitchen ($10 key deposit refundable)
3.One Bedroom Basement Apartment (Code:P2) =furnished; private washroom; ideal for 1-3 persons; $40 per night for 1-2 persons; additioanl $5 per night for 3rd person. No smoking. In another location.
20 minutes to downtown Toronto;
We are close too the Warden subway station, Wal-mart, buffets, RONA, fast food (McDOnald's) , we are located near the major intersection Eglinton East and Birchmount.
