CHeLSI (Cruz-Hermoso-Lazaro-Sandico-Inc) Leather & Services Inc is among the newest comers in the Tanning Industry, established in the year 2000 with the aim of meeting the demands of globalization. Bonded in trust, loyalty, and commitment, CHeLSI is headed by Mrs. Aida Stela Sandico, the president of CHeLSI, along with sister Mrs. Maria Consolacion Lazaro, Managing Director who comes from the lineage of the Hermoso clan - the actual founder of the leather industry in Meycuayan that paved way to other leather industries within the country. Born to privilege of such ancestry, leather production and manufacturing has always been a part of their lives. Formerly working under their family corporation Conching Hermoso Tannery, Inc, leather more than a career prospect, has grown to be a life's passion for both personas. Mrs. Sandico, formerly CHT's Chief Technician is a chemist and businesswoman by profession, while Mrs. Lazaro, formerly CHT's Managing Director for the last 30 years is a certified public accountant. Mrs. Lazaro is also the President of the Tanner's Association of the Philippines.

      Mr. Mike Lazaro, Jr. a Mechanical Engineer is the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Ms. Malou Victoriano, a Chemist Leather Technician for the last eight years and the first accredited Pollution Control Officer of the Department of Environment and the Natural Resources for the Leather Industry, as well as Ms. Imelda de Luna, another Leather Technician, is among the incorporators who aim for the growth of the leather industry. With the combination of the talents and the experiences of these people, CHeLSI was set up to produce quality leather for its discreet and valuable clients, and service to its co-tanners. CHeLSI Leather & Services Inc produces leather made from different animal skins such as cow and carabao hides which is specialized either for shoe, or upholstery purposes. It also specializes in exotic skins of ostrich, snakes, and crocodiles, as well as hair-on leathers of goats and horses. CHeLSI offers genuine, top-class leather of all kinds, may it be nappa, softy, pull-up, pull-side, waxy, distressed, or antique. CHeLSI aims not only to scrutinize leather quality, but also to ensure affordability.
