Top Ten Reasons Why I Like Gabrielle
1.� Versatility - Gabrielle is the most versatile warrior ever.� After mastering the staff, she threw that away and moved on to the sais.� In between, we have seen her wielding swords, whips, hammers, and even utilizing the empty hand technique, not to mention her demolition ability.
2.� Fashion Sense - She seems to be the only one who ever changes her clothes.
3.� Loyalty - How many times have she died for Xena?
4.� Royalty - From Amazon Princess to Amazon Queen in less than a year.� How can one not be impressed?
5.� Athletic Ability - This girl is definitely olympic material.� She took a couple of months off in search for peace, came back, picked up a new weapon, became 10 times tougher, and learned how to defy gravity.
6.� Bardic Ability - Her ability to rewrite history, taking away powers from the gods.� (Okay, so it was done through an enchanted scroll, but she was the one smart enough to write it.� She could have kept Xena fishing forever, and then perhaps the show would have became Gabrielle, Warrior Bard.)
7.� Good Looks - Her good looks inspired copycats everywhere, from her own demon daughter to� the 3 naked Gabrielles from 'The Quill is Mightier'.
8.� Aging - She became a mother and grandmother within the same year.� Then to top it off she came back 25 years later looking just as great.� Hmm, definitely informercial material.
9.� Determination - Well, she turned down an offer from Ares, need I say more?
10. Inspirational - Aphrodite turned to practicing Psychiatry for her, Joxer died for her, Xena went to hell for her, Ulyssess took a hit for her, Ephiny got her butt severely kicked for her,and Ares gave up his immortality for her.� (I know, I know, I'm pushing that one, but I didn't want to leave this as the top 9.)
