Favourite Things |

Chelsey absolutely adored Pokemon. Ash, Pikachu, Misty & Brock were her favourite characters. She had all the video's & dvd's (including the ones that weren't available in this country) & would watch them over & over again. Often she would ask her dad or her brother to draw some Pokemon for her & then she would have a go, although when Chelsey drew them you wouldn't always recognise who they were supposed to be! But at least she tried & she had fun doing it. |

Cats were another thing Chelsey liked. She had 4 at home, Max, Sophia, Shadow & Maisie.
This picture is of Max when he was a kitten & Sophia.
Max & Shadow were her favourite cats & Max used to sleep, not just on her bed but on her as well, in fact him & Shadow still sleep on Chelseys bed. Chelsey renamed Max to "King Max" & Shadow to "pretty Princess Shadow".
Sometimes she would pretend that she was a teacher & Max was one of her pupils, along with any of the rest of the family that happened to be around. |

Chelsey also liked to playfight. When she came to my house she would often playfight with her brother Kieran & her Uncle Marc. She was very strong & would keep going & going. Normally it was one of the adults who had to say "that's enough now" & she never agreed that it was enough! |

Amy was one of Chelseys closest friends & she used to have Amy to come & play at her house one day a week after school & then she would go to Amys house another day. She really looked forward to those days. |

Just the month before Chelsey died we all went to Alton Towers & Chelsey really enjoyed herself.
We spent the first day in the water park, Cariba Creek. A lot of time was spent in the volcanic hot springs (which was just like a big jacuzzi), where Chelsey would launch herself from her mum to her dad, then her dad to me & so on. She wasn't afraid of the water & yet she couldn't even touch the bottom!
In the theme park Chelseys favourite rides were the Teacups (goodness knows how many times she went on that, the Water Rapids, which we went on twice & then our dingy got stuck & all the other dingys were going past us & Duel which we also went on twice. Chelsey was good at shooting the "monsters" in Duel.

Chelsey loved Tinkerbell a lot & nearly all the clothes & presents she got for Christmas either had Tinkerbell on them or had a Tinkerbell theme.
