Unless otherwise stated, all of my Paintings are yours to download as are any photographs off the site.
All my paintings and photos are copywritten so you are safe
in using them for whatever without worries about unknown copyrights.

Really, you are free to use my graphics however you wish, on a personal site or for personal projects etc.
The only exception here is use for commercial purposes when you should contact me first to inform me
how they will be used and to ask permission for use in banners, logos or any form of backgrounds web graphics or commercial signage.
Do not link directly to any graphics on my site.
Save the graphics you want to your own computer and then upload them to your own server.
Please do not claim my original graphics as your own.
I put a lot of thought, effort and time into the work I create.
Please do not redistribute my work in any form, either on CD's,
online, or otherwise.
Unless otherwise stated, feel free to change the size or color etc.
to fit in with your project.
Or you can use them in creating your own graphics. Note though that color changing,
resizing, converting to another format, etc. does not constitute creating a new graphic.
