January Moot
Social Moot, joining forces for this one time with the Voice-It group for poetry, story, song and much much more.... All moots between January and the picnic moot in July have a divination challenge attached to them. Bring a pendulum, dowsing rods, whatever harnesses your intuition, and see if you find the locations around chelmsford (on a map!!!) leading to the location of the "treasure" at the picnic moot.... ooo
February Moot - 1st Feb 2006
Imbolc Celebration, hopefully preceeded by a talk from the Essex Witch Trials Memorial Society (provisionally)
March Moot
The Mad, Masked, March Moot. - make a maskto wear to the moot, and invent a pagan or spiritual themed tongue twister for all to try!!! Decidedly a silly moot.
April Moot
Spring things, planting seeds, planting herbs, planting ideas. Reflections on the season and herb/seed/plant type stuff. Definately a moot for things to get growing!!

Beltane celebration in the pub garden (unless it's raining) written and led by Art and participated in by all the usual suspects!!

July Moot
Moot picnic in the park. Bring food to eat, and (if you are so inclined) food to share or swap!!!) Meeting at 7pm at the Chelmsford Town Sign in the High Street and proceeding to Central Park for a nice outdoorsy soiree (latecomers follow the smell of food and paganism), followed by a short walk back to the pub for beerage. Of course, if this is rained off, we will be in the pub from 8 as usual and food not included. Anyone on good terms with non-rainy weather Gods is my new best friend...

Back by popular demand....Pagan Swop - have you got anything Pagan that you just don't have a use for any more, that has no value to you and wouldn't fetch anything on Ebay??? Do you want to swop it for something else??? Bring all those odds n ends you no longer want or need, and have a look at what everyone else has brung, see if you can't do a swop for something you never knew you wanted!!! No live dragons or illicit potions - if ya know what we mean! Note: this is meant to be cashless transactions, and haggliing is a must!

It's decision time once again! Time to decide what we all want for the moots of 2008. Time to reflect on the airy, fairy and hairy moots of 2007, to have a beer or few and chill out before the party excess of the "everyone's religion seems to be having a few festivals right now" season. And then we start the whole darn thing all over again!
