The idents being played on the station. I believe CHCH Hamilton, also
called CH, is using these idents too. Ident 3 will be available here in
the future.
CH
Weekend News Open (264kB, video):
The station's first ever newscast as "CH" was anchored by
Phillip Campbell. This isn't exactly an opening animation: just the
theme music played over a live shot of Victoria's Inner Harbour. This
newscast came out of the newsroom, as the main studio was still being
renovated.
CH
News at Five Open (569kB, video):
The animation-less open didn't last long. They introduced an open
animation the Monday following the switch (not that this one's
action-packed either). The new set also made its debut on this newscast
anchored by Hudson Mack. This open uses a version of the news theme
slightly different from the one used in the last video.
Go!
Open (415kB, video):
Go! is a new magazine program that came to the station along with the
switch. This open basically features different people saying
"Go!"
"CH

"Sports

"Sports
Page" 2001 Sting (142kB, video):
Sports Page moved here from CKVU during the affiliation switch in
September 2001. However, the production of the show remained at CKVU's
studio on 180 W 2nd, until December 16 when the production moved to the
Global BC building in Burnaby. The set resembles the CH News set over in
Victoria. On-air graphics and the open were only slightly modified, and
the theme remained.
"CH
News" 2002 Open (530kB, video):
CH News got a new look and a new news theme in mid-October 2002.
