Welcome to my Loony Bin. I've only been here a short while.

On this page I'll include some of the tasty yet off the wall recipes put together by others. "Kitchen Experiments" so to speak.

Here's one from my cousin Glenda who lives way the hell up in Illandannoying U.S.A. which I'm going to relate to you as she wrote it recently (1998).
I'll bleep out the dirty words since this is a family fornicating page and there's always too many mouths to feed around here.

AWESOME ITALIAN SOMETHING:

Al dente macaroni...coarsely chopped onion...yellow peppers...one clove garlic...one can diced tomatoes w/ garlic and onion...one can or fresh mushrooms...1/2 jar Prego...fresh or jar oregano...couple T olive oil...ground sirloin or Italian sausage drained well after browning...few slices of pepperoni or more if you want cholesterol...ricotta cheese...grated mozzarella cheese.
Brown meat with olive oil and crushed garlic. If you are using Italian sausage, brown that first and drain well, then add the olive oil and garlic and etc. Do not overcook the peppers and onions!
EDITORS COMMENT: OR GUIDO WILL KILL YOU!
Throw in the rest of the BLEEP and bring to a boil.
Turn off and pile the BLEEP in a BIG BOWL. Top with a spoonful of ricotta cheese and grated mozzarella and nuke until cheese is melted. Eat with a LARGE SLICE of garlic bread...(tongue wagging!)

Now I admit that I haven't tried this recpie yet, but if I know my cousin like I know my cousin, it's gotta be good! The only problem here is that she didn't give specific ingredient measurements. Someday I'll fix that.
Listen up here...DON'T LOSE ANY SLEEP OVER GUIDO!
The local authorities found him floating in the Miami river yesterday. Just worry about his brother Vinny since his mom kicked him out of the house for baking the cats in her brand new microwave. And now that his brother is "toast", albeit soggy, he's in a pretty foul mood!

All this time I forgot...to say...

Look back and reflect.

You can find Glenda's Seafood Au Gratin on this page. At least until I move it to the one you're on now.

Send me your e-z "Out Of Box" recipes. I'll post them.

I just started re-working this page 1/23/2001 and since obviously I haven't touched it since 1998, I'll try harder. I've accumulated alot of items to install here. Keep checking back. -Sven
