SALSA
1 large tomato (not too ripe)
1/2 small onion (brown or red)
or 3 green onions
1/4 bunch cilantro
1/2 jalapeno (more or less as desired)
salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Wash tomato, onions and cilantro well.
2. Cut the tomato into small cubes.
3. Cut the onions so the pieces are very small.
4. Coarse cut the cilantro. Add ingredients to a small bowl.
5. Carefully mince the jalapeno. Take care to not touch your face or eyes.
6. Add a little salt and pepper and taste. Adjust seasonings as desired.
THIS RECIPE CAN BE INCREASED AS DESIRED.
