Cheddar Drop Biscuits

2 cups all purpose flour
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 Tablespoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon granulated garlic (optional)

¼ cup margarine
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
(jalapenos, diced optional)
(green onions, finely chopped optional)
1 cup milk


INSTRUCTIONS:


1. Sift together the dry ingredients (first 5 items)
2. Blend in the margarine.
3. Add the cheese

4. Add optional ingredients if desired.
5. Add the milk. Mix quickly.
6. Drop the batter onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper.


BAKE AT 450ºF ABOUT 15 TO 18 MINUTES
