Alberts' BBQ Chicken
Chicken (skinned and defatted)
Use all pieces except the neck, back and ribs.
2-3 Tablespoons oil for browning the chicken
Your favorite BBQ sauce
(we used KC Masterpiece)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Clean and skin chicken. Remove excess fat.
2. Brown chicken in pot.
3. Add water to just cover the chicken and then
add whole bottle of BBQ sauce
or enough to have a good color.
4. Turn heat on medium high and cook about one hour.
SERVE HOT.
