A King's Guide to 30 Minute Gourmet Cooking
Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients:  
4 cups granulated sugar            1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup butter                           1 1/2 cups heavy cream
7 oz. marshmallow creme         16 oz. peanut butter
Preparation:   
Combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, butter, and heavy cream in a heavy saucepan.  Cook over medium heat.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, for 7 minutes.
Remove from heat.  Stir in marshmallow creme and peanut butter.
Spoon into 9x13 greased baking pan.  Let cool.

This makes about 3 pounds.

Presentation:
Cut into 1 inch squares and arrange on platter of your choice.
