Your Craving Is My Command is a newsletter where Cheffy talks about whatever strikes his whim. These newsletters are geared towards the home cook that want to know about food and cooking. The newsletters cover a variety of subjects including nutrition, history, science and recipes. The newsletters do not get published on a regular basis, but usually once every six weeks. |

"The Chef's Office" is a new publication that combines the minds of other chef's, culinarians, and "foodies" that reply to the instigations of Cheffy and his friends to share with the world what Chef's like to talk about. The newsletter is quite fun and entertaining and should prove to be a fun addition to the millions of recipe newsletters that flock the web these days.

Busy Kitchens is an MSN community that Cheffy is a co-moderator to. The site is owned by a good friend of Cheffy's and is THE mega-recipe site, this site is on its way of becoming the largest recipe site on the internet. Occasionally, Cheffy will host a Chat at Busy Kitchens on Sunday nights at 9 o'clock. |

Culinary Artists Chef It Up- A messageboard/Yahoo group which most of the conversations for "The Chef's Office are based. Here you will find a large variety of people , including a lot of chef's, that discuss anything and sometimes everything under the sun that has to do with food. A lot of fun and Cheffy is a regular contributor to Culinary Artists.
Akaka Falls Inn Cooking School- This site is owned and operated by Cheffy's good friend Sonia,and regular Cheffy contributor to both his websites and his messageboards. Sonia lost her Bed and Breakfast and Cooking School to a fire and is in the midst of reconstruction. She posts and writes a lot of material about the foods native to Hawaii and also the fusions of the islands with an emphasis on Spanish and Cuban Cuisines. Go check her out, you will be presently surprised.
