The Pan Pacific Hotel was my starting ground as a Chef.
From there, I move on to H.O.M.E. Beach Bar as Assistant Chef & Q'Dors as Executive Sous Chef where I was promoted to Executive Chef after three months probation.


I was invited by Popular book (Co) Pte Ltd to give presentations at Radin Mas Community Centre some time back.  It was fun teaching aunties about cooking techniques.


As a chef, I enjoy working in my present company as I was given the opportunity to learn new things and chances to upgrade myself. 


To become a Chef has been my longtime dream and my wish is to meet Chefs from around the world to exchange ideas and experiences.
