This here is the school that I am attending-The Culinary Institute of America (CIA). It is the oldest and most respected culinary academy and was built on a Jesuit seminary, located in Hyde Park, NY. The Culinary Institute of America provides hands-on instruction in the basics of cooking to aspiring culinarians, and offers a bachelor's and an associate degree as well.
