2) Cheating will NOT be tolerated, so please do not report from a fake account as we check daily for such fake reports. Do not report a win when you actually lost etc.

3) Your league name (ID) must match yahoo name exactly. If they do not, you will be given 24 hours to change your names to match, then removed from league.

4) We allow people in the same household to be members, but anyone with the same IP address, or on same computer must email one of the admins to let them know.

5) The only curse words allowed in the lobby are DAMN, HELL, and ASS. If you swear in the lobby you will be given a warning. If you continue you will be boxed. Please also, no fighting in lobby. It gets the whole room going, and makes the league look bad. If you must argue, take it to a table. If someone is bugging you, put them on ignore. If another member is bugging you, take a screen shot and inform an Admin

6) All tables are to be protected, not private. This is so a TD may intervene for a timer if host is frozen, or for any problems. The only reason a table may be made private is if a TD is present to witness the match.

7) If you lose your cue (stick) during a game, you must cancel game and start over. It is a yahoo glitch and the cue will not return.

8) There is a yahoo glitch where if off the break, you get a solid and a stripe ball in, you get ball in hand. You are not allowed to move the ball. If you do, there will be a re-rack. If you scratch, and hit one of each in, you are required to put the cue ball back onto the table, and tap it, hitting no balls, so opponent gets the customary ball in hand. iamhigh2407: 9) If for any reason your opponent is not shooting (frozen or booted) please STOP SHOOTING!. If in a tournament, call the TD running the tournament to the table for a 7 minute timer. If in a league game, STOP SHOOTING and ask for a free TD to administer a 7 minute timer. Failure to stop shooting will result in a rematch.

10) Potting the eight on the break will result in a rerack of that game. This game does not count torward league games or tourney games. You will replay the game.

11) There is no ff (forced forfeit) allowed on any game. If you are caught ff in a game, you will have to report a loss to the person you ff'd against and this could lead to being boxed. You must call a TD in for a 7 minute timer if your opponent leaves or becomes idle.

12) You are expected to report a loss within minutes of playing the game. If you do not report with-in that time, your opponent may submit an unreported match report.You will be contacted and you must report the loss immediately If still not reported an Admin will report it for you. Repeat non reporters will be disciplined according to how many times they have failed to report in other words, you will be boxed for continually not reporting matches.

13) In a formal challenge (fc), if both players are in the room at the same time, they are to finish any current games, and not start another league game, until they play each other. If one leaves instead of staying to play, they forfeit the game. If one starts another league game instead of playing them next, they will forfeit their game, and an admin will post the match.

14) When you go to a table to watch other people play, please be considerate. If you are asked to leave, then do so, if you don't leave the host of the table must boot the person who was asked to leave or the match does NOT count. IF this happens call y our TD an HTD or Admin in immediately. (the TD host, or any admin may never be booted from table unless they are playing in the tourney BOOTEM).

15)Any league member who joins another league will not be allowed to be anything more then a TD with us. If that league has reports of recruiting, such as sending messages to our members to join their league,then all people in that league will be immediately removed as staff with us. ELITE8BALLERZ do NOT recruit from anywhere but the room we were in.

16) All timers are to be 7 minutes. This gives the person who is booted time to get back to the table but also is short enough so the tourney doesn't fall behind

17) Only TD's (Tournament Directors) should use the cap lock.The TD should only use the cap lock whenhe or she isrunning a tournament.

18) The TD makes the final decision in any disputes during his/her tourney. If players argue with td after they have made their decision, the ones arguing will be boxed. For instance if TD calls for a rerack it must be done immediately or you will be boxed.

19) Early GG's are not tolerated. If this occurs to you during a tournament or league game. DO NOT SHOOT. Invite the TD or a TD/HTD/ADMIN if it is a league game and you will be instructed from there.

20) A maximum of 8 league games may be played against a league member

21) No sending your opponent an invite or cancel box when they are about to shoot for the purpose of making them miss. IF this happens, the person who was violated should stop shooting immediately, take a screen shot of the box sent, and invite TD/HTD/ADMIN. This will not be tolerated and will result in being put in the box. This also goes for timed games. If your opponent sends you a message box, again stop playing, take screen shot, and call TD/HTD/ADMIN immediately.
