| If a vehicle is inspected by APPI, and, all service and repair records are intact, no apparent collision damage has occurred, and, said vehicle is in overall good condition, we will back it with a limited guarantee. If the transmission or engine should have an internal or mechanical failure within 14 days or 500 miles (whichever comes first) from the date and mileage of inspection, APPI will refund the cost of the inspection. Also, should a vehicle sell after an inspection has been performed but before the inspection report is delivered, APPI will refund the cost of the inspection. This is the limit of our liability. This warranty does not cover vehicle repairs. There are no other express or implied warranties of any type. | ||||||||||||||
