WESTLIFE had to cancel a concert after being
caught up in a terrifying tornado.

The band were trapped in their hotel by the
twister which hit North Carolina during their U.S.
tour.

Singer Kian Egan told me: "We were in a hotel
room when all the lights suddenly went out.

"I've never seen wind like it. We saw cars being
blown away. It was really scary.

"But the worst thing about it was we had to
cancel our gig, which was a real shame."
