The Night Elf have a wide variety of strategies to win. MASSING HUNTS IS NOT ONE OF THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In order to win as the Night elf you muse always get an ancient of lore sometime in the game, it contains their best units. The Night Elf strategy that tends to work the best against most races is Bears and Dryads, with hunts early Bears and Dryads are both very good units and extremly effective. This strategy is often modified dependeing on the race of ther person you play. In the mirror match you should start with archers and tech to dryads as quick as possible. Dryads own anything else that the Night Elf can build. It may be helpful though to add in some meat like bears or mountatin giants or even a demon hunter. My favorite strategy as the night elf however is a bit differen. I get hunts early with the Pit Lord (howl or terror and Cleaving attak) so that I have lots of splash damage ( cleaving attack and hunt's glaives). The I tech to Bears and Druid's of the Talons (Dotts) I get master training for each and use the Dotts to cyclone my enemies units. If my enemy gets air, I put my Dotts In storm crow form and kill them. This strategy works very well and if you get the pit lord to level 6 you will have certain victory. |
