A slasher pic shot in 1982 that looks like 1972. While watching Straight Jacket, Gouda and I got into a slight disagreement. I felt the movie looked as if it were made during the early eighties. He believed it was lensed during the late 70's. To be honest, the filmmakers would have been better off if they shot it during the 70's, then burned and destroyed the master in the 80's.

A married couple move into a new home. Immediately afterward, the wife begins seeing flashbacks of a murder that had taken place years before. Did I mention she is an ex-alcoholic? Add a dying Aldo Ray into the mix - and what do you get? I'm not sure. I was never any good at math.

Not much to say here. The whole thing's pretty slow. The fast forward button came to the rescue. If you must watch, look for the OLD next door neighbors - who are SWINGERS. Creepy.

The bottom line: This one is pretty boring-bad. Oh - and if you MUST know - it was made in 1982. Take that, Gouda!
