In this film, an aging Christopher Lee portrays the evil owner of a retirement home. He uses "groovy", "far out" spinning pieces of cardboard to hypnotize the rich relatives of those in his care - this way he never loses a guest and keeps their valuables. Bad plot. Bad movie.
The Bottom Line: A so-bad-it's-good classic. Look out for a toilet paper dispenser on the wall of an office. The ending, which includes a train and a hypnotized police officer, is a gut buster. British actor Bing Jenson (as a police chief) points ferociously in every which direction, but can never concoct an intelligent sentence. Love his pipe, though.
