Tim Robbins stars as Bill Gates...err, Gary Winston, a Bill Gates-like (Robbins says somewhere in the film "Bill who?") billionaire, software monopolist. Ryan Phillippe is the boy genius that Gates...sorry again - Winston hires as his apprentice. Seems Gates...dammit! - WINSTON has other plans in store for him, including GLOBAL DOMINATION (what else?). The plot twist: Winston is the bad guy.
