This person is creative and smart,independent and goes down the road she chooses. Neya is my sister and she has always seem to impress me. What she has accomplished is because of her hard work and dedication to having what she wants out of life. Neya is a strong willed person and will tell you what she thinks in a well thought out manner. Neya can change your prespective on issues and make you think twice. Neya has always made me see that no matter where you start out in life you can always shift things around and make them work.
