Cheer Sport All Stars, started as a recreation team, FAR NORTHEAST Knights and have now transformed into a competitive, hard working, motivated All-Star Program.
Our teams work June through April, practicing, tumbling, and competing. We travel on weekend trips to national competitions, go to over night camp during the summer, have team sleep overs and parties, hold an Award Banquet where we give out various awards and Educational Scholarships, as well as attend Community based events.
Last season we traveled to Washington, D.C. to Battle at the Capital, were our Jr. team won National Champs and our Sr. team recived an outstanding third place. Both of our teams from last year won many competitions all across teh tri-state area. We will be going to Hersey Park for the ECA All-Star Nationals and Great Adventure both in April, where we plan to win as well as have fun!
This year, at the end of the year Award Banquet, we will be giving out 5 achievement awards for each team such as Most Improved and Most Dedicated. We will also be giving out 6 Scholarships. Both of our seniors will recieve a scholarship, as well as 2 highschool and 2 grade school students will be awarded a scholarship.
