Jeramiah Spelling : Where exactly did the attack happen?
Tom Leech: In the Pindus Moutains in Greece.
J.S: And what where you doing there?
T.L: I was on vaction hiking in the mountians.
J.S: You where with a friend that day?
T.L: Sadly I was accompanied by my friend Sarah. Unfortunatly she was killed by the manticore that attacked us.
J.S: I'm so sorry. Now what exactly happened that day?
T.S: Well, as you know, me and Sarah where hiking in the mountains when we heard this music, like a flute and trumpet almost. We were curious so we went in the direction of the noise. Suddenly Sarah screamed, so I looked in direction she was looking in and what I saw I will never forget! It was a hideous creature with the head of a man and the body of an animal. I was so surprised that I stepped backwards and tripped over a rock. Fell falt on my back I did. The beast bared it's teeth and began to circle us. Sarah watched it with terrified eyes then suddenly the thing pounced at me. Just like a cat it was! But Srah jumped in front of me so it got her instead.
J.S: Then what did you do?
T.L: I ran. I'm ashamed of it to this day but I did it, leaving my friend to by killed.
J.S: I see, and did you ever find her body?
T.L: When I want back to the spot, with a gun mind you, all I found was a skull, a femur and a couple of finger bones.
