          Fire Salamanders

Fire salamaders are small,            orange creatures that resemble            ordinary salamanders except that they  are rought skinned instead of smooth.  They are also able to ignite                   themselves for up to ten minutes.         Fire salamaders live near fireplaces,     furnaces and other hot ares arond the  house.  Salamaders are considered        pests by most people because they will  clog up the chimneys with thier nests   and steal wood pellets, firewood and      other things that create fire. If a          salamander becomes chilled it will die.
             Brownies
Brownies are small (11" on average)  elf-like creatures that help around the  house or shop, in return for a bowl of    cream and a place to live.  Brownies      are loyal to their famlies helping with    unfinished chores and gaurding the       house against intruders.  If not given    their bowl of cream as thanks for their  hard work, brownies will become angry  and turn into a boggart.  A boggart is a  mischevious thing; it will knock things  off shelves, steal things and hide them  etc...  However a boggart can be             turned back into a brownie if written     an appology letter left with a large         bowl of cream, though the brownie        probably won't be as helpful as it once   was.

  Pixies
      P
ixies are small, 6 in creatures       that share a resemblence to a human     child.  They have dragonfly like wings     that are usually white, gray or black in    color.  Somtimes their skin can be           bright blue or green, but most of the       time it is tan or white.  Pixies like to       make nests in the rafters, walls and        basments of houses where they have       easy access to food and can make as        much mischief as possible for the            residents of the house.  Pixies will steal   things like silverware, car keys,              pencils and anything else they can           carry.  They will keep the items for         a few days then put them in a                  obscure location like under a couch or     bed.  If you have been noticing that you  have been getting mysterious bruises      and  cuts, start looking for a pixie nest    because it is more then likely that           your injuries came from a pixie who has  been pinching and cutting you at night    while you are asleep.  If you do find a      pixe nest do not destroy it!  That will       make the pixie angry and they will          cause   even more mischief then before.  Instead  relocate the nest to your            garden or  nearby tree. The pixie will       find it's nest again and it will continue     to make mischief for a little while. They  may even move the  nest back into the    house. However, if  you keep relocating   it to outside the pixie will get tired of       having to sneak into  the house to get     food and will move  away.

Garden Fairies
      T
here are three main types of fairies: garden fairys, forest fairies and water fairies. Garden fairies are the most  colorful type of fairy. They have large, elaberate wings that can resemble butterfly, dragonfly, or bee wings.  Garden fairies hair and skin can be any color a flower can be,  though their skin is usually light brown, tan, ivory, pale pink and light blue.  Garden fairies are the most human like with a close resumblance to a preteen human.  Garden fairies are of medum intelligence.  If you stand in your garden for long enough, they will come out of hiding and fly around.  They may even land on you.  Garden fairies are about the  size of a dragonfly and when thay choose to wear clothes,  they make them out of flowers.
