Chimaeras are Greek beasts. They have the head of a lion, the body of a goat and the tail of a dragon. Chimaeras are blood thirsty, devouring every part of thier prey, bones and all. Unless there is any vegitation in it stomach, then the chimaera will eat around it. Chimaeras are related to manticores.
Giants are intelligent and kind creatures. Giants look almost idenitcal to humans, the only difference is the giants are 10 feet tall on average! Giants are vegan and never fight, always working out differences with calm talking. Unfortunately, the giant population has dropped dangerously due to invading Earth Dragaons (see Dragons page) and now giants are considered an endangered species by the A.M.B (Association of Mythical Beasts.)
Dwarves live inside of mountains in ancient, but advanced, cities. There are many tunnels that lead into theese cities, but they are well hidden and only ten have been discovered across the globe.
Male dwarves have white or black beards and females have thick eyebrows (dwarven children do not have either of these qualities until the age of sixty six.)Dwarves are short and broad shouldered with a life span of about three hundred years. They are ruled by democracy.
Dwarves mine for precious stones and gems thirteen hours a day. There are three basic careers for a dwarf; mining stone and gems, creating things out of the mined material and selling them.
Dwarves will frequently have large famillies with eight or nine children. Dwarves are very sensitive to the sun. There have been several cases of dwarves dieing from sun poisening after being out in the sun for only nine hours.
