What you need to include in the layout request e-mail:
1. Your name
2. Your site address
3. Your site name (optional)
4. Theme wanted for layout
5. Size (800 x 700 is most common)
6. Any person or people that you would like on the layout
7. If you want boxes for seperate things (ie. links (content), stuff about you, blog, ect.)
8. Any other things you might think of that you would like to see. (colors, ect.)
