Jumps
Toe Touch

To do the toe touch, start with the prep. When you jump, your arms should hit a T and your legs should kick up on either side of you up to your hands. Don't actually reach for your toes though, reach for your ankles! Your shoelaces and knees should face the sky. Make sure you keep your back straight & chest up, toes pointed, your hands in fists, and a smile on your face!

Front Hurdler
Start with the prep. In the jump, your arms should hit candle sticks. Your leg should kick up in front of you as high as you can. Work on getting it really high, almost to your head, or somewhere about. Your other leg should bend back behind you. Keep your back straight, arms in fists, and land with your feet together.

Right/Left Side Hurdler
These are like the Herkies with one major difference - leg position. Start with the prep. For a Right Side Hurdler, kick your right leg out to the side of you as high as you can. It should be behind your arm. Your left leg should bend back behind you. Your thigh should be level with the ground and the upper part of your leg should be bent up. For a Left Side Hurdler, kick your left leg up to your side as high as you can & bend your right leg back behind you.
