| All motions should be performed with stiff arms and sharp transitions. The more you practice the better your motions will become. The best way to practice these otions is by watching yourself in the mirror. Hold each motion, squeezing your muscles as stiff as possible for 30 seconds. Next let your arms go limp at your sides for a second or two. Finally, close your eyes and try to hit the notion correctly again, without looking. Look in the mirror to see the result. The reason for doing this is to train your muscles to hit a perfect motion every time. If you are double jointed, don't give up! It might take a little longer to train your muscles but it can be done! |
