| You need to eat right. If you don't eat right, you won't have enough energy to do anything. You don't have to spend a lot of time cooking things, just make sure it's not fatty. Chicken and fish are good mean meats , and try to avoid eating too much beef. Salads, fruits, and vegetables are quick and east to prepare, and they taste good too. Avoid eating too much candy and sweets , because they can slow you down. Drink your reccomended eight glasses of water a day so you won't get dehydrated. You can also drink fruit juices (like Fruitopia, V8 Splash, or Sobe). For breakfast you need to eat something healthy. Don't just grab a package of Pop-Tarts every morning. Try to make time to eat a bowl of cereal or some oatmeal, maybe even fruit. For lunch it's kid of hard to always eat something healthy because your not always home or some where that you can eat something healthy. Try to eat the leaner foods on the menu. Dinner is where you can eat your own choice, just try to get in your fats. |
