| <- this is my favorite jump! Ok it exactly what it looks like, a strale in the air. And yes it is fairly difficult and takes time to prefect. Basicly, your put your arms in a High V go up on your toes, jump and kick your legs up. But there are lil tricks to help you. First of don't try and reach for u're feet that will make u bend forward...instead let u're feet come to u, keep your back straight! Another problem people run into is snapping they're legs together at the end...many people land apart which is very sloppy...it takes time but try snapping your legs close together when u feel your body coming down. And land w/ u're legs slighty bent. |
