When did you last speak to your mum?
Last night before I went to bed. Someone had given me a really good tip on a horse, and I'm not really a gambler, but it was a good tip. Anyway, it lost (Can't have been that good then! - Ed) so I was telling my mum about that. She's also getting her house renovated and she was telling me how much of a mess it was and how it was falling down around her ears. I speak to my mum all the time.
Have you ever been kicked out of anywhere?
Yes! I was at a disco when I was 15 and a fight broke out at the end of the night. It was awful. I tried to get me coat out of the cloakroom, but there was too much commotion. So I jumped over the counter, but the bouncers grabbed me and dragged me to te exit doors. They pushed me out of the doors and into the alley where there was no way out, so I was stuck. I just kept saying: "My dad's a policeman."
Have you ever broken any bones?
Yeah, I broke my right elbow playing football. I've also broken loads of finger and toes when I was in football training for the Irish under-16s. I used to break bones all the time.
Have you got a tattoo?
Yeah, at the base of my back, it's a tribal design. I got it done in Sydney. It didn't hurt too bad - you don't feel like after they start.
Have you ever been in a fight?
The five of us live in each others' pockets 24 hours a day so sometimes we get on each others' nerves - but I wouldn't say we never really fight. We argue, but not scrap. A guy once pushed me in a club in Dublin, but I can stand up for myself and he didn't take it further.
Have you ever trashed a hotel room?
Nah, we haven't. Sometimes we leave a bit of mess but it's not fair for someone else to have to clean up after you - anyway, my mum would kill me.
What happened the last time all of Westlife went out together?
We were in Germany at a place called the Dome. I wasn't too drunk but the others were and we had to get up at 5am, so we only got about 20 minutes sleep. But we had a really good night out and still managed to get up in the morning.
Who's the wildest Westlife?
Bryan is the wildest almost every day, but Mark's a nutbag as well. Kian gets drunk after two bottle of beer, and me and Shane started this thing in Sydney called the 'Shnicky night' (Shane + Nicky) where just us two would go out drinking all night!
Shnicky nights? Betting on gees gees? Getting thrown out of clubs? Our Nicky sounds quite hard, doesn't he. Until he says he won't mess up a hotel room "'cos his mum would kill me," of course.
