> I smell a Rat

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

The recent bombing of the Imam `Ali masjid and shrine in Najaf, Iraq, and the murder of Ayatullah al-Hakim, and may be hundreds of other muslims. This event remembers me of the civil war in Lebanon in which many muslims were killed coming out of the masjid after jummah prayer. The same event played out again in Najaf. Now Ayatullah al-Hakim, made many enemies because he was not only a figure that created a bridge between Iraqi Shia`h muslims religious theology and Iraqi Shia`h muslims governance.

He posed a serious threat to several of Iraq's enemies:

  • U.S. continuous occupation of Iraq
  • Wahabism's domination of the Middle-East
  • His service to Iraq and Muslims worldwide, and the serving of muslims, at Imam `Ali masjid and shrine in Najaf, Iraq.
  • Ayatullah al-Hakim not only comes from a long line of scholars, but martyrs also. His life was dedicated to the cause of Islam, and the Iraqi people. He deserves to be honored, anything less is not acceptable.

I smell a rat, because 24 hours after the bombing several people were captured by the U.S. occupying force and the Iraqi police, those captured are from Kuwait, Saudi-Arabia and Palestine. All suppose to have links to al-Qaida and they are Wahhabis. First, I would not put anything pass the Wahhabis because they are not trust-worthy at all, these are the same people who paid the CIA to blow up the masjid in Lebanon. That is well documented!

If Iraq was to be able to govern themselves, that would pose a threat to the surrounding Wahhabis governments in the region. The Wahhabis are true supporters of apartheid and have Shia`h's and others under that system. That would be noted, as well as, there were several governments that didn't support apartheid; Syria, Lebanon, Iran, Iraq, Libya and Algeria.

Ayatullah al-Hakim, presented Iraq with a different road, not allowing others to decide what form of government is good for Iraq, not allowing their natural and human resources to be exploited by their enemies, and not installing a dictator to rule them ruthlessly, and his opposing the fanatics. People say he was the ally of U.S. occupation, but the facts are:

  • He opposed the government system like that of the Taliban,
  • He strongly supported governance of Iraq, by Iraqis,
  • He did not support any outside meddling, by any outside forces. Call this talk about Iran influences in Iraq, is bogus. Ayatullah al-Hakim ranked over the clerics of Iran.
  • O my Allah, I beseech you to bless Ayatullah al-Hakim and his family, to bestow the guidance and wisdom of Ayatullah al-Hakim on the leaders and masses of Muslims of the world. Let his spirit and struggle give hope and guidance to the hopeless and unguided, may he always be remembered for his courage, and let us remember him as a symbol of the oppresses masses world-wide. Alhamdulillah Rabbil Alamin.

Ayatullah al-Hakim, we love and will remember you always.
