ABOUT ME
My name is Christopoher Hebert, (thats pronounced A-BEAR for all you non-Cajun folks), and I am 27 years old . I was born in a small town in deep Southern Louisiana called Kaplan. Until the age of 10, my parents raised me in Gueydan Louisiana, and then relocated to the bustling metropolis of Lafayette. They still reside and work in Lafayette today.

I graduated from Comeaux High School in May of 1998, and planned on attending cosmetology school. Unfortunately, after only 6 months of training, I quit and never achieved  my certification.

In September of 2000, at about 12:30 a.m., I made a split second decision to move to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I left for Dallas at 6 a.m. that same morning, and arrived that afternoon. I found a job the next day, and headed back to Louisiana to retrieve some clothing and other personal belongings to get me through a few months.  I returned to Dallas/Fort Worth just three days later, and have been in Texas ever since. I did return to Louisiana for a brief 9 months in 2007, but quickly realized how much I missed Texas.

Currently I work in the area of Law Enforcement, as a 911 Operator and Communications Officer. My future plans are to attend a law enforcement academy, and obtain my Peace Officers Certification.

I have been with my partner, Kenny, for 5 years now, and hopefully many more to come. We both enjoy riding our horses, camping, doing things with our dogs, playing in the dirt (him in the flower beds and myself in the pasture), rodeo, dancing, country music, FOOD, and good times with good  friends. We have recently discovered the TGRA (Texas Gay Rodeo Association) which is part of the IGRA Rodeo Circuit. We hope to both become more active in our local chapter, and possibly compete in
rodeo events in the near future.

I love meeting new people, and we love making new friends. If you've got the time, I'd love to hear from you, so drop me a line via email, or sign my guestbook. And come back soon!
