Kerry's "smart salute" when reporting for duty can be portrayed as a drunken sailor if you grab the right footage like michael Moore did in his "historical fiction" movie "911". The real salute was "passable" and not especially "sloppy" but in this frame Kerry looks as if he was celebrating too much with Ted Kennedy !
