The Inn offers individually owned, fully furnished condos in a quiet and relaxing location on
Panama City Beach. This non-high rise property is located across the street from the Gulf
of Mexico with easy accessibility to the beach, restaurants, shopping, family entertainment
and night life.
Property amenities include pool, sauna, tennis courts and shuffleboard. The Inn is one of
only a few locations with a boat dock on Grand Lagoon. Bring your boat or jet skis or rent
them while you�re here and have the convenience of docking them at the condo. There is also
a Mexican restaurant on property, a hair and nail salon and Panama City Beach Winery with
a large selection of wines made from Florida citrus. Please keep the rules and fees in mind
before booking your stay at The Inn. The property does not rent to singles under the age
of 25. You will not be allowed to check in and no monies will be refunded. |

This two bedroom (one is a large loft), two bath condominium overlooks Grand Lagoon and is just a short walk to the beach. The two-story condominium features a balcony with relaxing views of the water and wildlife. Parking is conveniently located in front of the unit. The unit features two queen beds, a queen-sized sofa bed, two full bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with central heating and air conditioning. There are two televisions and a DVD/VCR player. All linen's and towel's are provided and there is a washer and dryer in the unit. The management company is on site and handles all check-ins, maintenance, and housekeeping. |
