Welcome to my Confederate Heritage site.  Please understand that it is just beginning.  Your patience is appreciated.  As I grow, I plan to add educational materials and references, links to other great Confederate sites, and listings of services I can provide free of charge, all in the interest of preserving our Confederate heritage and expanding knowledge to all who are interested.  My site is not intended to be the end all of ultimate sites of Southern heritage.  It is merely intended to serve as a gateway to the wealth of knowledge that is available.

Things I can do for others:

1.  I live very near the Rock Island Arsenal in Rock Island, IL.  During the war, a Confederate prisoner of war camp was located there and a cemetary for Confederate soldiers still exists there.  If you have an ancestor that you think may be buried there, I can search for them and gather all information for you.  Just contact me with all of the information you have and I will look for the grave site for you.
