| Kings Island 2001 |

| Some of my friends and I wanted all summer to make a trip to Kings Island, which is an amusement park just outside of Cincinnati, Ohio. After many failed attempts at picking a date, we were finally able to find one that worked for us all in late July. So we all met up very early and made our way down there. We did pretty well until we were down near Kings Island and missed our exit. But it was OK, we only got delayed about 10 minutes from that. So finally Chris, Nikki, Luke, Sarah, Jordan, Mark, Bill, and I all arrived at Kings Island. And the the story begins here! |

| Well after going through the turnstyles and we started riding away. Here you find myself and Nikki on "The Beast". WEEEEEEEEEEE!!!! Chris is trying to look ahead hoping that we dont go up high cuz he doesnt like that. |
| Here you find Bill and I enjoying one of our couple of rounds on "Son of Beast". Chris and Luke tried to keep their heads together the whole ride. So far so good. |

| Unfortanately the night was ticking away and we had time for just a few more rides so here Luke and I enjoy "Vortex". I was already getting sad because we were leaving soon, but Luke was at full smile because he knew that this pic would end up on my site so he was hoping to pick up a chick. | So, Nikki really wanted to do this thing where they take you up real high and drop you at full speed towards the ground. So Luke makes a deal that he will go on Drop Zone if I do this. So i agreed becuase I kind of wanted to anyway. So we did it, and boy was it a rush!! Side note: Luke never did go on Drop Zone and instead paid for my dinner one night. WUSS! |
| So after Luke and Sarah got back from the water park and we found eachother we decided to face "Son of Beast". Here we are in line looking at the tall, fast, looping wooden coaster in awe, Chris and Luke noticed some old lady fall of the coaster as they watch her fall. And Nikki is disgusted cuz some girl lifted her shirt as the coaster passed by. And Sarah is looking across the way a statue of this guy that she thought was real and she also swore that he was waving at here. RIIIIIIIGHT. |
| As Chris and I were riding "Son of Beast" we decided to map out where we were going to go next. Unfortunately the camera caught us in action. We were going to try and do some funny pose for it but we were too busy looking at the map of the park to realize that it was picture time. Oh well, maybe next time. |
| Here you find us on one of our very last rides. Once again Luke is pulling his trick of picking up girls. Nobody else had noticed yet other than myself, but we were about to drop 10 ft.!!!!!!!!! I was freaking scared. At least i was ready. Since Luke was too busy posing we will just say he had a wet spot below his belt because he wasn't ready for the big drop around the corner. |
| And now it was time to say goodbye to Kings Island. All the guys had to get together for one final farewell song. I can't tell you what we sang, so use your imagination! Mmhm! |
| So yeah, we start on our way home and we start to get hungry. First we needed to get gas. While at the gas station we notice somebody putting oil in their car through the dipstick hole for the oil. I guess it went to the same place that it would if you poured it in normally. But imagine, thats a small whole. I give him major props for pulling that one off. So we then looked across the street and noticed a Frisch's Big Boy. Sounded good to all of us so thats where we went. Here you see Luke trying to consume some cottage cheese. I thought this would be a nice pic to go along with his method of picking up women. MMMMMM! |
| Here you see us making our final pose before we head back to Barney(The Trout Van) to sleep the rest of the way home. Chris took over the driving responsibilities from here and he did a fine job, considering how late it was and how tired we all were. I guess he did good, because I slept right through the rest of the drive. |
| So we finally made it back to Luke's house and all headed our seperate ways back home and into bed. And the next day we woke up and went right back. Not really, but hey...you never know. |
