Table 5 shows that 4.8% of observations between age group, overall health status, and beneficiary group were “missing”
data. This indicates that some respondents did not fill in a response, or left something blank, on the questionaire. Based
on the sample size (N = 1082), this finding is not considered to be significant in terms of the analysis of relationships.
Table 6
This is a very useful application of cross tabulations. It provides details about the different
categories of beneficiaries, as compared to their ages and their perceptions of health. Study the table
carefully, observing the number of responses for each grouping. Try to determine significant characteristics
within the groups. Scroll down to the end of the table for a description of some of these details.
