The young man had again walked into another trap.
Five demons, with only one to pose any real threat.
One that was far stronger than anything he had expected to come by, one that
he'd have to fight.
damn
Four of them surrounded him on his cardnals, the fifth, no where to be seen.
So it's a performance on my part...
Tatsu stood perfectly still, a trap within a trap, yes, come get me...
The woman of the group reached out for him and shrieked when his power ate at her arm, which was now paralized.
He turned around to face her, now reaching out to her, his energy breaking through hers.
"I'm sorry, you are quite beautiful..."
He ran his fingers lightly through her hair with her unable to do anything to stop his actions.
He smiled softly, bringing his index and middle fingers up to his mouth and licking them, only to trace her rose colored lips, sending with it a blunt surge of energy strong enough to send a man sprawling, that was triple her size, across a large room. He hadn't lied to her though, she had been beautiful.
This sent the others into a fury but he didn't waste time playing with them, he created a large torren of tundra-like air to very litterally, take their breath away. The dragon let the wind carry their bodies out of the small clearing as he looked around.
"Come out," he called, "I know you're there, I can feel you, even if I'm not sure where you are, due to the fact you're locking me out of your mind. Why don't you come out and face me?"
He turned again at a three-sixty degree angle, waiting, expecting.
Tatsu began to steadily rise off the ground without willing it. Though it didn't scare him for he knew it was his would-be opponet.
'You have a great trust in me, perhaps too much?'
'Nonsence. You will not hurt me...yet. You've told me that much already...you won't hurt me demon, not yet.'
The demon laughed, 'So much faith to shatter, dragon.'
'You will shatter nothing.'
The demon stopped his levitation spell and left him in the air.
Out of nowhere, Tatsu felt cool fingers stretching intimately across his chest and a firm body against his back. Tatsu's limbs went ridged and the demon chuckled seductively to him.
Tatsu's breathing quickened as the demon drew him closer to him. and took in his scent, "You're trembling Dragon..." said the demon in a low silkened voice close to Tatsu's ear.
"IT'S NOTHING! Do you intend to fuck me or fight me?!"
The demon laughed, "Which would you rather?"
The taunting demon turned him around slowly and looked him over, before locking onto his gaze.
Tatsu couldn't tell wether he was joking or serious.
His words were passionate and playful, yet his eyes were cold and ruthless...hard.
Such a contradiction.
The demon brushed his hand down the side of Tatsu's hip.
Hair blocked parts of his intense eyes, and hid wonders behind them, but for the life of Tatsu, he couldn't bypass the barriers and the demon knew it.
He drew Tatsu close again and seemed to think about letting his lips graze Tatsu's before he pushed him away softly, letting his levitation spell drop knowing full well the dragon'd catch himself.
The demon let himself drift to the ground below, watching with interest as the dragon showed off for him.
Tatsu fell for a good twenty/twenty-four feet, his rich dark hair streaming wildly above him, with his arms pulled in close to his slim body.
Tatsu had then, at the last minute, opened a wind portal beneath him and chanted a levitation spell. This at once brought his rapid decent to a sudden halt, throwing all his momentum under him and pushing him back into the air five feet more before landing in a crouched fighting stance, his long raven hair slpaying around his face as he looked up at the demon.
He smiled at Tatsu's seriousness and cold expression.
As he walked closer, he drew on a cold expression as well.
The demon locked down every emotion he had or felt, shutting off everything from this dragon he stood before.
The demon kept walking towards Tatsu, stopping only about a foot from him.
"I am Fayne, last of the Oremor clan. My path has lead me here."
"Tatsu, Gaurdian of the lands of Water and Wind, I...am not certain where my path...will lead me."
Fayne took a step back watching Tatsu.
Tatsu drew on wind to whip him into the air, then shut it away to throw him into a steep dive at Fayne.
Fayne made no move to avoid the attack.
'Stupid.' thought Tatsu.
Fayne smiled just enough to recognize it for what it was, but stood his ground. Tatsu drew closer and called on water, making a swirling spiral around his body.
Three feet away, Fayne called for fire and unleashed it in a raw fury upon Tatsu.
The young dragon shrieked as the water, instantly reaching boiling point, began to dissolve and he was hit with pure flame.
He fell pitifully to the ground, a small moan escaping his lips.
Fayne stood in the same place he had been, watching Tatsu with his cold eyes.
Tatsu lay half crumpled, more bare or torn sections of his cloths than what he'd
started out with, a sore ass, and painfull burns all down his body.
'Well...this can't be good. I was right, I had just reason to worry about him. He's much stronger than I am.... cunning's now the only choice I have remaining...if I can still move after his attack, otherwise I'm screwed...my arogance has cost me...it must be gotten rid of if I wind up surviving this!'
He made an effort to pull himself up, reaching about "crunch" position, then falling back against the still very warm ground.
Fayne lifted an eyebrow, his arms were crossed lightly across his chest as he looked on, "Oh, I'm sorry. Do you need help getting up little dragon?"
Tatsu jerked his gaze to glare coldly at him.
