About Context's Staff

Context's founder, John Grausam has twenty years of public and private sector consulting and training experience. His business philosophy is derived from the belief that aligning individual and organizational goals and incorporating the rational, intuitive, and emotional elements of work and work life are central to both the productivity and profit. He and his colleagues practice both business process design and group process analysis in their consulting services and in the design and delivery of training programs. We are able to configure an appropriate team to address whatever clients require.
