Complaint Resolution Committee
What is the Complaint Resolution Committee?
The Complaint Resolution Committee arbitrate disputes between #Chatterz Members.  The Complaint Resolution Committee is instituted to provide a right of appeal to Operators and Patrons who believe they have been unjustly treated.  The Complaint Resolution Committee will act as an unbiased medium between the alleged victims and offenders, in an on going attempt to rout out malpractice.  The Complaint Resolution Committee will not handle complaints against other Committees, nor complaints against either Senior Officer;  complaints of this nature are to be directed towards Internal Affairs.

How many positions are available?
Currently there are at least four positions available on the Complaint Resolution Committee.  The Complaint Resolution Committee consists of Complaints Officers and Investigative Officers.

What does the Chief Complaints Officer do?
The Chief Complaints Officer is responsible for chairing the Complaint Resolution Committee and organising Complaints Officers.  The Chief Complaints Officer is also responsible for:  dealing with complaints from Operators and Patrons of #Chatterz, against other Operators and Patrons of #Chatterz;  investigating complaints from Operators and Patrons of #Chatterz;  liaising with Complaints Officers to establish a course of action, when they believe disciplining an Operator or Patron of #Chatterz is necessary;  and, executing discipline of Operators and Patrons of #Chatterz.

What prerequisits does the Chief Complaints Officer require?
The Chief Complaints Officer requires:  leadership skills;  organisation;  respect amongst #Chatterz Members;  a prudent, fair and impartial outlook;  extensive knolwedge of the #Chatterz Rules;  and, infinite patience.  The Chief Complaints Officer is also required to have the supporting vote of the #Chatterz Operators.

How heavy is the workload of the Chief Complaints Officer?
The workload of the Chief Complaints Officer varies from medium to heavy at times.

How many Chief Complaints Officers are required?
Only one Chief Complaints Officer is required.

What is the minimum Access Level required to become the Chief Complaints Officer?
As the Chief Complaints Officer is required to have leadership skills and respect amongst #Chatterz Members, it is essential that they are an experienced and well known Operator.  As the Chief Complaints Officer is also in a position wherefrom they may condemn or vindicate behaviour on behalf of #Chatterz, they must also be well trusted and level-headed.  Thus a minimum Access Level of 150 is required to attain this position.

What does the Chief Investigative Officer do?
The Chief Investigative Officer acts as the Deputy-Chief Complaints Officer.  The Chief Investigative Officer is responsible for:  dealing with complaints from Operators and Patrons of #Chatterz, against other Operators and Patrons of #Chatterz;  heading investigations into complaints made by Operators and Patrons of #Chatterz;  and, reporting findings to Chief Complaints Officer to establish course of action, if disciplining an Operator or Patron of #Chatterz is necessary.

What prerequisits does the Chief Investigative Officer require?
The Chief Investigative Officer requires:  a keen mind and eye for investigation;  the ability to percieve truth from falacy;  sound knolwedge of the #Chatterz Rules;  a prudent, fair and impartial outlook;  the ability to use discression wisely;  and, infinite patience.

How heavy is the workload of the Chief Investigative Officer?
The workload of the Chief Investigative Officer is medium.

How many Chief Investigative Officers are required?
Only one Chief Investigative Officer is required.

What is the minimum Access Level required to become the Chief Investigative Officer?
