| welcome to the Chateau Let me officially welcome you to the all new website of the home of the President. Over the years, there have been many modes of communication between the Chateau and the Press, the Chateau and the public. As time went by the Presidency became ever more transparent and interest in the President's life and home ever increased. | Secretary of Environment and Energy Dr. Louis Manken Dr. Manken served under Presidnet Kedinsky since May of 2003, as his Secretary of Environment and Energy reformed policy. He replaced resigned Secretary Rich Burton Dr. Manken was born in 1955 in Bristol Adventures. After studying till the age of 12, he moved to Adventures City where he recieved a scholorship to read Political Science, at the Universty of Adventures. He Studied at the Universty of Adventures and garnered a Masters in Political Science. After which, he worked for a time in Natioanl Law Counsil of Metro.. Dr. Manken then went on and did his PhD in Advance Law in World Club Universty in World Club, and the art of Political Science in Cambridge Universty in the United Kingdom, where he gained a masters in Political Science. Later, in 1980, he became Lobbyst to the State of World Club's Energy Counsil and later worked as senior Environment councillor to the Governeor of Adventures. He served in that post until becoming CEO and President of Conrad Energy Associates in Adventures. In 2000, he became councillor to then Senetor Kedinsky in 2001, and worked in his election team. Dr. Manken is married to Theresa Diane and they have two daughters and one son. They maintain a family home in Metro City. |
