It is the President's desire that every citizan who wishes to have a job find one - and those who do not want to work be encouraged to do so.
By legislation and funding, Presidnet Cherrie strongly believes that inorder for society, and a community to funtion as a whole, everyone must be involved in a job in some form or another. Thus the Jobless incentive helps people resource and locate jobs sutible for them by Governemtn Funded Means, through Unisafe, or Unitrust, two Government Organizations which seek to help in recruitment. This allows money to be put in where it counts. With Jobless rates at a all time hight, a much needed boost is needed for the Economy. Thus, this iniciative by the Presidnet seeks to do just so.
