MEMORANDUM TO THE SECRETARY OF STATE:
President Cherrie takes a keen interest in the deplomacy of North East Asia, especially the need for a Korean Nuclear Free Peninsular. As Such, the President has deployed the Secretary of State on a five day visit to East Asia.
The Secretary of State will travel to Beijing on the 20th of January, and will meet with Premier Wen Jiabao and President Hu Jintao. On the 22nd, The Secretary will then travel on to Tokyo, where he will meet with Prime Minsiter Shinzo Abe. On the 23rd, the Secretary will travel on to South Korea, where he will call on Presidnet Roh. On the 25th the Secretary will return to the Federation via Moscow, where he will meet with the Russian Foreign Minister and President Putin.
The Secretary will travel to Davos, Switzerland on the 25th to attend meetings regarding the World Economic Forum
The Secretary returns to the Federation on the 27th.
