STATE DINNER FACT FILE Menu: Appertifs: Salman bits of Sala RIfs with Olive Oil First Course: Asparagus with Artichoke, Petie Sauce Lemon Grass Clenser: Lime Sherbert Second Course: Foligras with Beef Cake, Salsa and tomato toppings Vintage Wine Sauce Dessert: Petit Fours, Mararanza Moose on Mazipan and delectable fruits House Pour: 2002 Savigioun Blanc, Adventures High Ridege Estate 2003 Chiraz, Biltland Chateaux, Berland Table Settings This Black Tie State Dinner will sit 110 Guests in the Marx Guilligan Hall Burgandy Damasek table cloth with checkered patterns. Base Plate is the Whitmore China with white poclin for the service. Gold Goblets from the Vermeil Collection, and flower toparies made from dogwood and pepermint, filled with Burgandy Red boxwood roses, Blue topireis and White hyendras. The table settings are inspired by the rich colours of the Flag of Chilie. Guests will walk away with a silver tiffin ash box, alang with an engraving of the Date of the State Visit, and a personal placecard beaing the Guest's name and the Menu After Dinner Entertainment John Nash Jr. Mac Pole will play on the piano a selection of George Gershwin Jazz songs in the Marx Guilligan Hall, accompinied by the Presidnetial Ensamble.
