STATEMENT BY THE PRESIDENT:
Linda and I express our deepest sympathies for the familiy of the the Late Honourable Secretary of State, James Goodman. James passed away peacefully at the age 0f 89 today at his home in Western, BL. James served at the Secretary of State under the late President Oey, and has been one of the longest serving Secretary of States ever. He entered that post in 1978. and served through 1986. The nation is indeed indepted to this great man and his passing has come to a great loss to the Federation. Our prayers remain with his family at thie time of loss.
