PRESIDENT CHERRIE TO WELCOME HIS MAJESTY THE KING OF THAILAND TO THE CHATEAU
President Cherrie will have the honor of welcoming His Majesty King Buhmibol Adulyadej and Her Majesty Queen Srikit to the Chateau on the 27th of July 2006 to the 29th of July on an Official State Visit.
The Federation shares a strong and lasting relationship with the Kingdom of Thailand and this visit is timely in honoring both the Kingdom of Thailand as well as His Majesty's contribution to the Federation and the world community. His Majesty will address a Special Joint Session of Congress at State Hall on the 27th.
On the 28th, His Majesty will be welcomed in traditional State Arrival Fair with a State Arrival Ceremony on the South Lawn of the Chateau, followed by a day long summit and talks. His Majesty will be hosted to Lunch by the Secretary of State, and Tea by the Vice President. His Majesty will be later hosted to a State Dinner at the Chateau. As per tradition, Their Majasties will spend the night at the Chateau as guests of the President.
On the 29th, Their Majasties will depart first for Threed, and later on to World Club City for their next leg of their visit to the Federation.
Thier Majasties will also visit World Club City, Adventures and Fairfield from the 29th - 5th of August.
This will be President Cherrie's third time hosting a State Visit.
